Also, for anyone who's interested, I uploaded my interactive steampunk story I made for Multimedia Narratives at uni last semester. If you want to read/play it, you can do so here.
This will probably be my busiest semester ever. As well as working on my thesis and doing a 4th year Education subject and a 5th year IT subect as a student, I'll also be tutoring a 2nd and a 3rd year subject. I think the tutoring will be a good experience though (also; more money :D). Because of this, I'm probably going to have to take my writing off the table for ROW80, at least for Dark and Silent Waters; I will still be writing and illustrating my children's book, so at least I still get to exercise some creativity.
I just hope I haven't bitten off more than I can chew.

Judgemental Dog is watching you. ALL of you.

Doing well on your prototype. It sounds like you will have a lot on your plate this semester--when do you start that?
ReplyDeleteSome participants do their academic writing on ROW80, so you might be able to keep your participation up with that, perhaps.
I love Judgemental Dog keeping me honest on my word counts! Have a great week!

Wow, you've got a huge amount of work to do, best of luck with it all. Dogs are such curious creatures, lol.
ReplyDeleteLove the Judgmental Dog pic. :D Best wishes with whatever writing you can manage with all your coursework coming up.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you've got a busy season approaching. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI love the Judgemental Dog pic, too! I finally posted pics of my own faithful boy, Zutchka. He's been doing so well, I think he had a build up of boldness in his seven month old self this week that had to spill out! He sneaked out of the yard twice - something he's never done before - and discovered that he can reach the counters and help himself to leftovers...sigh. Then he dug in the mud puddles today's late afternoon thunderstorm left. Mud from paw to ears! Bathing him was akin to mud wrestling a wild dingo (not that I've ever done such a thing, but it's what I imagine when I think about it)....I wanted to yell at him, but couldn't stop laughing. It was a real circus here today.
Glad to hear you've been plugging away on the prototype, and best wishes for this week. ~ Nadja
